Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts, 3 shifts per week (12-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to ICU patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and perform complex procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records using Epic charting system.
• Float within scope of practice to various departments if required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Virginia or a compact state.
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
• Experience with Epic electronic charting system.
• Successful completion of background checks and compliance requirements, including fingerprinting (results turnaround 15-20 business days).
• Must provide SSN, DOB, address, phone, and email at submission.
• Candidates should be local or willing to travel; no radius restrictions for applicants.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• BSN degree preferred.
• Experience with Virginia's or compact state licensure requirements.
• Flexibility to float within scope across different units as needed.
