Location: Cades, SC
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Day shifts (Monday through Thursday, 8am to 5pm; Friday 8am to 12pm)
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy protocols as needed.
• Document patient care accurately using electronic charting systems.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and licensing requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• South Carolina Physical Therapist License.
• Active BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient therapy experience.
• Ability to work Days and adapt to a flexible schedule as needed.
• Must be able to complete all pre-start compliance requirements, including background checks and licensure verification.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous outpatient therapy experience in a hospital or clinic setting.
• Familiarity with Epic charting system.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
