Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Day shifts, 3x12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Provide adult respiratory care in a freestanding emergency room setting
• Manage high-acuity cases including ICU, Stepdown, and Floor Care environments
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver quality patient care
• Document patient care accurately using Epic and Cerner systems as preferred
• Be prepared to work and adapt to various service lines and respond to emergency situations as needed
• Participate in holiday coverage and on-call responsibilities

Required Qualifications
• Valid South Carolina RRT license in hand at start date
• BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of adult critical care experience
• Certification from NBRC and South Carolina RCP preferred
• Must be willing to work 3x12-hour daytime shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
• Ability to work in a high-acuity environment including ICU and floor care

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with Epic and Cerner charting systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes clinical environment
• Willingness to accommodate block scheduling if approved prior to assignment

Note: This role is based at a freestanding emergency room located in Johns Island, SC. Candidates must adhere to the radius rule (60 miles) and ensure all licensing and compliance requirements are met prior to start. Hurricane season considerations apply, and flexibility during emergencies may be required.
