Job Title
- Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

- Texas City, TX
Schedule / Job Type
- Travel, 13-week assignment
- Night shifts, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency assessment, care, and treatment to patients in the ER.
- Perform procedures such as vaginal exams and operate medical equipment including Tele Neuro and EKG machines.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to unit policies, guidelines, and safety protocols.
- Float within the emergency department as needed, including holding patients in emergency detention.
Required Qualifications
- Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
- At least 1 year of ER experience.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Additional certifications such as NRP and ENPC are a plus.
- Experience with Meditech EMR system.
- Strong team player and positive attitude.
