Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 12-hour night shifts, 4 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide bedside care to patients in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit.
- Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythm strips and vital signs.
- Initiate IV access and administer medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient information accurately and promptly in electronic health records.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during night shift hours.
Required Qualifications
- Current Virginia or compact state RN license.
- BLS and ACLS certification via American Heart Association.
- EPIC electronic medical record proficiency.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent hospital experience in a similar setting.
- Must include a current NURSYS report and Qualivis Cover Sheet with submission.
- Ability to pass EKG testing with at least 80% score.
- No prior license or background hits.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in medical-surgical and telemetry units.
- Strong IV start and telemetry interpretation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospital environment.
