- Provide physical therapy services to patients according to treatment plans
- Assess patients' needs and develop individualized therapy programs
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care
- Support patients' recovery goals and improve mobility and function
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Current relevant certifications and credentials
- Strong communication and patient care skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous outpatient or rehabilitation therapy experience
- Knowledge of therapy equipment and modalities
- Ability to work independently and within a team
