Job Title

• Apple Valley, CA
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Day shifts (5x8 hours), M-F, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient pediatric physical therapy services to infant and pediatric populations
• Assess and develop treatment plans tailored to pediatric patients
• Document patient progress and coordinate with healthcare team via electronic charting
• Comply with facility policies, including on-call and holiday commitments
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure optimal patient care and safety
Required Qualifications
• Valid California Physical Therapist license (no temporary licenses accepted)
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year pediatric outpatient therapy experience
• Ability to work within a 50-mile local radius of Apple Valley, CA
• Willingness to work M-F, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with holiday coverage as required
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with infant and pediatric populations
• Familiarity with electronic charting systems (Epic preferred)
• Ability to float between facilities within the state, if needed
