- Rotating shifts, full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care in the operating room environment.
- Assist in orthopedic and neurological surgeries, including Level 1 or Level 2 neuro procedures.
- Manage pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
- Participate in on-call rotations, including weekends and weekdays.
- Adhere to regional performance standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid registered nurse (RN) license.
- OR experience, specifically in orthopedics and neuro surgeries (Level 1 or 2).
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
- Experience with on-call procedures and protocols.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a high-volume surgical setting.
- Strong understanding of surgical instrumentation and protocols.
