Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts, 3x12-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients of all ages in a hospital ER setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer treatments, medications, and interventions as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and effective patient care.
• Document patient information and care activities accurately in electronic medical records.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and compliance requirements, including passing EKG exams.
• Support care for special populations such as cancer, sepsis, medical emergencies, and behavioral health cases.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
• Current license as a registered nurse.
• Valid BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIH certifications.
• EPIC electronic health record system experience.
• STEMI and Stroke facility experience required.
• Ability to pass a Pass/Fail EKG exam.
• Education verification completed through a third-party provider.
• No open background check cases.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in cath lab, women's health, or stroke care.
• Familiarity with care for special populations such as cancer, sepsis, or behavioral health.
• Flexibility with scheduling and ability to work nights, including holidays and weekends as needed.
