Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Night shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit.
- Monitor fetal and maternal vital signs, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Assist in various childbirth processes and postpartum care.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of North Carolina.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery, LDRP, or Low Risk maternity units.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
- EPIC EHR system experience required.
- Births per month in the facility between 100-200.
- Ability to pass Pass/Fail EKG exam during compliance.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience in L&D units.
- Experience with Chare RN or similar certifications.

Additional Notes
- Travel compliance requires a full compliance file by 12 noon EST the Wednesday prior to the start date.
- Candidates must be flexible with scheduling, including holidays and weekend rotations.
- Candidate must be prepared for unit-based modules during orientation.
- All candidates will be subject to facility-specific background and education verification.
- Travel is within a 50-mile radius of Burlington, NC.
- Floating to other hospital campuses may be required as needed.
