Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Assess patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement therapy techniques to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical standards and regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Willingness to consider first-time travelers and new grads.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, with productivity expectations of 60 visits/week.
• Experience with orthopedic outpatient care is a plus.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Flexibility to float to other clinics if needed.
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills.
