Job Title

- Rotating shifts, full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Float to Long Term Care or ICU departments as needed.
- Follow established protocols and safety procedures during all shifts.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and interventions.
- Work 80 hours in a two-week period, including AM, PM, or night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in an Emergency Department setting.
- Valid registered nurse (RN) license.
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, evenings, and weekends.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in ICU or Long-Term Care units.
- Flexibility and adaptability to various shift types and department needs.
