Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities.
- Administer medications and monitor patient health statuses.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations.
- Maintain a compassionate and professional attitude while delivering quality care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska.
- Prior experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in local, hospital-based LTC/SNF facilities.
- Knowledge of geriatric nursing care practices.
- Ability to handle fast-paced environment and diverse patient needs.
