Schedule / Job Type
- Days, 12-hour shifts, approximately 3 days per week, on call as required. No guaranteed block schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in surgical procedures across specialties including Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Robotics, Vascular, General, Urology, and Gynecology.
- Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment.
- Support the surgical team during operative procedures.
- Ensure sterile techniques and proper handling of surgical supplies.
- Follow all safety and compliance protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Orthopedic, Neuro, Robotic, Vascular, General, Urology, or Gynecology surgical settings.
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts.
- On-call availability as required.
- Proven ability to assist during various surgical procedures.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior surgical tech certification or license.
- Familiarity with robotic surgical systems.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
