Key Responsibilities
- Assist surgical teams with preparations and procedures
- Ensure sterile environment and proper instrument handling
- Support patient positioning and comfort during surgeries
- Maintain surgical equipment and supply inventories
- Follow strict safety and health protocols
Required Qualifications
- Valid surgical technician certification/license
- Proven experience in surgical or sterile environments
- Knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in operating room settings with multiple surgical specialties
- Ability to work flexible schedules and adapt to various procedures
