Key Responsibilities
• Assess and develop treatment plans for neuromusculoskeletal and cardiorespiratory conditions to restore and promote mobility.
• Administer and oversee physical therapy modalities as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to monitor progress and adjust care plans.
• Ensure safe and effective delivery of therapy services in a clean, well-maintained environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with licensing regulations.

Required Qualifications
• Current New Mexico Physical Therapist licensure.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Demonstrated accountability in assessment, evaluation, and decision-making.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work in a team setting.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in outpatient sports medicine settings.
• Knowledge of physical therapy modalities and treatment techniques.
• Ability to lift and transfer patients weighing up to 50 lbs.
