- Contract, 12-hour night shifts, nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized telemetry nursing care across multiple hospital units.
- Utilize experience in EPIC electronic medical records system for patient documentation.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during high-acuity care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient outcomes.
- Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 2 years of telemetry nursing experience.
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records system.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts reliably.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous work in hospital settings with high acuity patients.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-unit telemetery environment.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different units and care teams.
