Schedule / Job Type
- Contract, Temp-to-Hire, 12-hour rotating shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Medical ICU setting for adult patients.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions utilizing telemetry equipment.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and documentation.
- Float within scope as needed, covering various units.
- Work every third weekend, with rotating day and night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Valid MA Registered Nurse license.
- CPR-AHA certification.
- ACLS-AHA certification.
- Minimum of 2+ years of related work experience.
- Experience in a Level 1 trauma center preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Strong critical care skills in ICU or telemetry units.
- Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends.
