Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Day shifts, 4 days per week, including some Saturdays

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses.
• Implement therapy to improve patients’ strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and overall function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs to support recovery.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Contribute to reducing patient wait times by supporting increased outpatient services.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or a compact license valid in Colorado.
• Minimum of two years of clinical physical therapy experience; 3-5 years preferred.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Flu vaccination (no exemptions required).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient settings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
