Job Title
• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, nights (4x12-hour shifts per week)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide patient care in the Intermediate Care/Progressive Care Unit, including neuro, high-risk respiratory, and COVID units.
• Function within team or primary nursing models to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Manage ventilator use, high-flow oxygen, and bipaps in accordance with unit protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver skilled nursing care to diverse patient populations.
• Complete required competencies such as online EKG tele assessments, BLS, ACLS, and NIH.
• Float as needed within specialized units, maintaining flexible and adaptive patient care.

Required Qualifications
• Valid RN license in any state (compact license accepted).
• Minimum of 1:5 ratio experience in Stepdown or PCU settings documented in work history.
• Must have ventilator management experience.
• Successful completion of online EKG tele competency assessment.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH certification required; IV start preferred.
• Travel nursing experience preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system.
• Prior float experience in multiple hospital campuses.
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends.
