Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour days
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients in a community hospital setting
- Utilize EPIC electronic charting system for accurate and efficient documentation
- Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams within scope of practice
- Float within scope to support other units as needed
- Ensure compliance with hospital and state policies, including fingerprinting and background checks
- Adhere to scheduled shift hours and ensure timely patient care delivery
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year ICU nursing experience
- Active VA or compact state nursing license at the time of submission
- EPIC charting experience required
- Ability to provide at least two professional references
- Must be compliant with travel, background, and fingerprinting requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills
- BSN preferred
- Experience working in a community hospital environment
- Familiarity with VCU modules and nursing orientation processes
