Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Nights shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12.5 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU, CVICU, and IMCU units.
• Utilize the nursing process to deliver safe and effective patient management, including post-heart cath recovery, post-op open heart surgery, and long-term ventilated patients.
• Operate and monitor medical equipment such as EPIC electronic health records, B.Braun pumps, Avea ventilators, and patient monitoring systems.
• Triage and manage vasoactive medications, Swan-Ganz catheters, and other complex procedures.
• Float to various units including ICU, IMCU, CVICU, ED, and other Medical Surgical areas as needed.
• Adhere to hospital policies, dress code, and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Oregon RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years recent critical care experience, including post-heart cath recovery, open heart surgery, and long-term ventilated patient management.
• Experience with vasoactive medication titration, Swan-Ganz catheters, and specialized surgical patient management.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with TEA, AAA, and general surgery patient care.
• Skilled in critical care procedures and equipment operation.
• Ability to float across multiple ICU and medical floors as needed.
