Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, day shifts, 12.5-hour shifts, approximately 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general nursing care in medical and surgical departments
- Utilize equipment such as electronic health record systems and medication management systems (e.g., EPIC, Omnicell)
- Float across various medical surgical units including gen/med, ortho/neuro, post-surgical, heart center, inpatient rehab, behavioral health, and medical oncology
- Follow scheduled shifts including days (0645-1915) and nights (1845-0715); never work alone, with standby duties and availability to return to work as needed
- Maintain proper documentation and adhere to departmental protocols
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of medical-surgical nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred but not required
- Valid RN license in the state of Oregon
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a variety of medical-surgical settings
- Ability to float to multiple departments and adapt to different unit protocols
