Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days shift, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic disorders
• Conduct functional activities and rehabilitation therapies aligned with patient needs
• Contribute to infection prevention and safety protocols, including fall and risk assessments
• Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records using Epic
• Collaborate with hospital staff and participate in patient care planning
• Support hospital initiatives to meet national safety goals and core measures

Required Qualifications

• Valid California Occupational Therapist license in hand
• Experience in acute care hospital settings preferred
• Certifications in Manual Therapy and Hand Therapy
• Prior experience with Epic charting system
• Flexibility to float within hospital units or nearby facilities as needed
• Willingness to work major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 1+ year of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Knowledge of infection control protocols and patient safety standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
