Schedule / Job Type
- Rotating shifts, 12-hour shifts, full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to cardiac stepdown patients within a 32-bed unit
- Perform assessments, document patient status, and complete nursing tasks accurately
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses
- Utilize EPIC EMR, Omnicell, and Alaris IV pumps in daily duties
- Float to all hospital units and departments as needed within multiple facilities in Fargo
- Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and hospital policies
Required Qualifications
- Active ND or Compact RN license (or willingness to obtain)
- BLS certification (AHA)
- Minimum of 1 year recent MS experience in a large hospital setting (250+ beds)
- Must have at least 1 year of solid MS experience in a hospital environment
- Must badge in/out at facility
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Cardiac experience highly preferred but not required
- Experience with EPIC EMR system
- Experience with Omnicell and Alaris IV pumps
