Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts, Mids (3pm-11pm)
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments to residents
- Conduct head-to-toe assessments and monitor patient conditions
- Support charge nurse duties as needed
- Follow established protocols for patient care in a skilled nursing facility
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including therapists, dietitians, and social services
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN/LVN license
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facilities
- Comfortable with administering IVs and antibiotics (fluid or titratable drips)
- Ability to work with patients diagnosed with CHF, COPD, DM, dementia, and rehab needs
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Willingness to work as a first-time traveler
- Experience with dementia patients in a LTC setting
