Schedule / Job Type

• Days shift, full-time, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to clients in various settings
• Assess patients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve or restore functional abilities
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and their families on therapy plans and exercises

Required Qualifications

• Valid occupational therapist license in the state of Maryland
• Current state-issued OT certification or registration
• Strong knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in outpatient or hospital settings preferred
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
