Job Title
• Respiratory Therapist

Location
• Florence, SC

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Night shifts, 3x12-hour shifts per week (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM), with holiday rotation

Key Responsibilities
• Provide advanced respiratory care to patients within a hospital setting
• Float across various hospital units, including labor and delivery, as needed
• Deliver care in critical care environments, utilizing recent critical care experience
• Comply with all licensing and certification requirements at start date
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Participate in on-call rotations (not required for this position)

Required Qualifications
• South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider (RCP) license, in hand at start
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential at start
• Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS certifications in hand at start
• Minimum of 2 years of recent critical care experience
• Must be able to float across hospital units, including labor and delivery

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a hospital with a large patient capacity (over 300 beds)
• Ability to adapt to a rotating holiday schedule
• Prior experience working in multiple hospital units
