• Full-time, 12-hour night shifts, travel assignment, 13-week duration

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to IMC, PCU, and stepdown patients in a hospital setting.
• Conduct bedside shift reports and assist providers with bedside procedures such as chest tube insertions and intubations.
• Monitor and manage ventilators, hemodynamic parameters, and IV medications including vasopressors and sedatives.
• Perform nurse leader rounding and support patient experience initiatives.
• Adhere to unit policies, documentation standards, and safety protocols.
• Be flexible with floating to different units as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Compact or State Nursing License.
• Minimum of 2+ years of critical care experience, specifically in a large hospital ICU setting.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience with ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and critical care pharmacology.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and support every other weekend and holiday schedule.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in hemodynamic monitoring and advanced critical care procedures.
• Comfortable with targeting Temperature Management (TTM) and use of advanced ventilators and IV pumps.
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work well within a team.

• Schedule includes every other weekend and holiday support; relief charge nurse is available.
• Uniforms required: Navy Blue or White scrubs.
