Registered Nurse – Operating Room

• Full-time, Days shifts, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care as an OR Circulator during scheduled surgeries.
• Assist with patient assessment, preparation, and transfer within the operating room.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure all procedures are performed safely and efficiently.
• Document patient care activities and surgical details accurately.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required Qualifications

• Nursing degree and valid RN license (compact or Kansas license).
• Ability to obtain BLS and ACLS certifications upon hire.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous OR experience preferred but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in procedural areas such as pain management or interventional radiology.
• Flexibility to float to different procedural units as needed.
• Strong focus on patient safety and evidence-based practice.
