Full-Time | Direct Hire | Onsite | Days (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 5 days/week) | Approximately 1 weekend every 6–7 weeks for inpatient coverage | Approximately 1 holiday per year for inpatient coverage
Key Responsibilities
- Perform individualized patient evaluations to assess physical function and mobility
- Design and implement goal-directed, customized physical therapy treatment plans
- Monitor and periodically review patient progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed
- Function as an active member of the interdisciplinary patient care team
- Provide primarily outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services (approximately 90–95% of time) with some inpatient coverage (approximately 5–10% of time)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Physical Therapy license to practice in the state of Kansas
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy settings
- Experience providing inpatient physical therapy services
