Key Responsibilities

• Provide culturally relevant outpatient behavioral health treatment for individuals experiencing behavioral, emotional, or mental health disorders.
• Conduct bio-psychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based individual, group, family, and marital therapy utilizing trauma-informed care principles.
• Offer crisis intervention services during clinic hours and participate rotating after-hours crisis support in multiple locations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated, patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT); licensing compliance ongoing for licensure holders.
• Valid State of Alaska Driver’s License or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for all age groups.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques and crisis intervention.
• Familiarity with federal and state reporting requirements and documentation standards.
