Key Responsibilities

• Manage a hospital-based inpatient and outpatient physical therapy clinic, providing comprehensive patient care.
• Conduct skilled physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Support interdisciplinary team functions and collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient outcomes.
• Promote department revenue growth and oversee expense management to ensure financial sustainability.
• Coordinate orthopedic specialty clinic activities, including screening and prioritization of referrals.
• Support compliance with all applicable corporate, state, and federal guidelines related to physical therapy practice.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• License in good standing to practice as a Physical Therapist in Alaska.
• Minimum of 4 years of full-time patient care experience.
• Proficiency in basic office and clinical equipment, including ultrasound and electrical stimulation modalities.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior managerial experience preferred.
• Experience working in a hospital-based environment or with underserved communities is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with diverse cultural backgrounds.
