Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) | 3 x 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to rehabilitation patients in an inpatient rehab setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans for rehab patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient recovery and functional goals
- Monitor and document patient progress, changes in condition, and responses to treatment
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes, discharge planning, and home care
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Kentucky or compact licensure
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in a rehabilitation or related clinical nursing setting
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts including potential weekends and holidays
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital environment
- Familiarity with rehabilitation nursing standards and interdisciplinary care models
- CRRN (Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse) certification
