• Full-time, 12-hour night shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) / Stepdown setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including high acuity drips, arterial lines, and ventilator management (BiPAP, Airvo).
• Administer medications, including high acuity infusions, and document patient responses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Respond quickly to patient emergencies and facilitate timely interventions.
• Complete all required documentation and maintain compliance with hospital policies.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• At least 1 year of recent PCU RN experience.
• Experience with high acuity drips, arterial lines, and ventilator management preferred.
• Ability to float to similar, lower-acuity units as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with high acuity drips such as vasopressors or sedation infusions.
• Airway management experience, including using Airvo and BiPAP machines.

• Client allows cancellation of one shift per pay period at no cost.
• No weekend, on-call, or holiday requirements, with the manager coordinating holiday scheduling.
• Candidates are required to complete a multi-day orientation process, including hospital-specific and clinical orientations, prior to beginning shift work.

Shifts

• Nights, 12 hours each, scheduled from 5:45 PM to 7:15 AM
