Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistant services under supervision at a rehabilitation facility
• Conduct patient assessments and implement treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Perform duties during assigned shifts, including a weekend rotation once per month
• Assist in ensuring treatment schedules and objectives are met

Required Qualifications

• Valid licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Prior experience in a rehab or healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Flexible to travel to nearby locations if needed, though rarely required
• Familiarity with therapy documentation systems
