Contract | Night Shift | 3x12 Hours (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical and Transitional Care Unit (TCU) including inpatient rehab swing beds
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients during night shift hours
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Monitor and document patient status, interventions, and responses to treatment
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and compliance standards throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license valid at time of submission
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a Medical Surgical setting
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility location (local candidates not accepted)
• References required
• Copy of all certifications must be provided

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Transitional Care Unit (TCU) or inpatient rehabilitation environment
• Familiarity with swing bed programs and post-acute care protocols
