Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ED RN)

Kremmling, CO (with coverage in Granby & Fraser, CO)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | Full-Time | Onsite | 3 x 12-hour shifts per week plus 2 on-call shifts | Holiday and on-call availability required

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and coordinate patient care from admission to discharge in the Emergency Department
• Utilize accepted standards and protocols including ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ATLS, and CEN guidelines
• Achieve patient outcomes through the implementation of clinical pathways
• Provide coverage across multiple Critical Access Hospital emergency department locations as assigned
• Participate in on-call shifts and holiday coverage as required

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current ACLS certification
• Current PALS certification (or equivalent)
• Current TNCC certification
• Emergency Department nursing experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Critical Access Hospital (CAH) experience strongly preferred
• Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) certification
• ATLS certification or familiarity
• Experience in a Trauma Level IV facility
