Temp-to-Hire | Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | 5 x 8-Hour Shifts | 40 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient primary care clinic setting
• Perform nursing assessments, triage, and care coordination for ambulatory patients
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by providers
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Connecticut
• Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience
• Experience in an ambulatory, clinic, or outpatient care environment
• Strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a primary care or specialty care outpatient setting
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
