Contract | Nights (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 12-Hour Shifts, 3 Days per Week | 36 Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a psychiatric unit during overnight shifts
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for psychiatric patients
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses in accordance with established protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience
- Proficiency with Epic electronic health records system
- BLS certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a psychiatric or behavioral health nursing setting
- Familiarity with inpatient psychiatric care protocols and de-escalation techniques
