Travel LPN – Medical Surgical (Night Shift)

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit in accordance with facility protocols and nursing standards
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures under the direction of a Registered Nurse or physician
- Monitor and document patient status, reporting changes in condition to the supervising RN promptly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient care plans and positive outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record system
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LPN / LVN license valid in the state of North Carolina
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as an LPN/LVN
- Experience in a Medical Surgical setting
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts in a fast-paced acute care environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in an acute care or hospital setting
- Telemetry experience or familiarity with telemetry monitoring
- Experience working within a high-volume regional referral or trauma center environment
