Now is not the time for rigidity.
Consider creating flexibility with your office schedule. Explore options for working in shifts to reduce the amount of people in office.
This is a great way to keep employees on the payroll (even if hours are reduced to part-time) while maintaining social distancing recommendations.

A good attitude and optimistic outlook is the only thing that will get us through these trying days.
