I joined iDEAL for many of the same reasons you’re likely considering us too! Our dedication to succeed for both each other as well as our candidates speaks to my soul. In my career I have worn many hats from teacher to leadership and none have I loved more than connecting the right people to amazing roles that will allow them to reach their personal goals. It sounds super cheesy, and to be honest I am a little cheesy, but hearing from one of my people that they are finally earning what they are worth and feel valued is a very rewarding moment. When not recruiting you can find me digging around in my garden or exploring the world with my daughter.
