Job Title: Registered Nurse – OB Flex Team (Family Birthing Center Float) (36 Hours)

Salary Range:

ASN: $34.80 – $54.17 per hour

BSN: $36.80 – $56.17 per hour

Flex Team Premium: Additional $5.00/hr

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with obstetric experience to join our Flex Team. In this role, you’ll float between two family birthing center locations, supporting mothers and newborns through labor, delivery, and postpartum care. This position offers the perfect mix of autonomy, teamwork, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications:

Active Indiana RN License

ASN/BSN or Diploma in Nursing

Minimum of 2 years of recent OB nursing experience

Internal candidates may qualify with 1 year + leadership recommendation
Current CPR Certification
Ability to meet lifting requirements (50 lbs independently, assist with 100 lbs)
Strong communication and documentation skills
