Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to women in labor, postpartum, and in the recovery room • Conduct fetal monitoring and interpret results to ensure optimal care for mothers and babies • Participate in circulating cesarean sections and assist with surgical teams as needed • Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to meet individual needs and goals • Educate patients and families on postpartum care, newborn care, and breastfeeding techniques • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and/or OB Triage • Intermediate fetal monitoring, NRP, BLS, ACLS, and STABLE certifications required • Current Nursing License completed • Ability to work flexible hours, including every other weekend and holidays • Willingness to float within scope to meet facility needs • Strong communication and teamwork skills
