Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days, 3x12 shifts (11am-11pm, some weekends)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect patient care in the emergency care setting with a focus on personalized, compassionate service.
- Safely triage patients rapidly and accurately based on physical and psychosocial needs as well as factors affecting patient flow.
- Communicate effectively with ER physicians, mid-level providers, and healthcare team members regarding patient status, symptoms, and diagnostic results.
- Respond quickly to changes in patient condition or response to treatment, making clinical decisions independently and collaboratively.
- Collaborate with patients, families, healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure optimal care delivery.
- Supervise ED technicians, registration staff, and allied health personnel, providing guidance as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Montana RN license.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications (or obtained within 6 months of hire).
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) certification.
- Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience.
