Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Float to medical-surgical units as needed to support staffing demands.
- Utilize Meditech 6.0 EMR system for documentation and patient records.
- Participate in call shifts, including 24-hour on-call periods, as scheduled.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse license.
- Certifications: ACLS and BLS required.
- Willingness to float to Med Surg units if necessary.
- Experience with Meditech 6.0 EMR system preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts and participate in call rotations.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous ICU nursing experience.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to various unit needs and schedules.
