Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Provide explanations and instructions to patients or responsible persons.
• Use clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
• Participate in continuing education to stay current with best practices.
• Contribute to a positive and professional workplace environment through effective communication and conflict management.

Required Qualifications:

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse license.
• Valid CPR/BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.
• Experience in operating room and perioperative nursing preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience in surgical, cardiac, or critical care settings.
• Knowledge of patient assessment and care planning in high-acuity environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
