Key Responsibilities

• Complete necessary documentation with ATI prior to assignment start, including compliance with licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Adhere to facility policies regarding dress code, parking, and equipment use.
• Work independently during scheduled shifts, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Experience in setting up and managing therapy sessions.
• Ability to start on 12/1/2023.
• Compliance with ATI credentialing requirements.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a similar outpatient or clinical setting.
• Familiarity with credentialing and documentation processes.
• Availability to work days as scheduled.
