Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate patients to determine physical therapy needs and develop treatment plans
• Provide physical therapy treatments to patients in a 25-bed critical access hospital
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Discharge patients upon achievement of treatment goals or as appropriate
Required Qualifications
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Current state license or eligibility to practice in Hawaii
• Good standing with licensing board
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in a hospital or acute care setting
• Experience treating a diverse patient population
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
